For the ladder, it detects when you are touching it, you can move upwards, and if it detects that you are not touching the ground, the player's collider becomes a trigger so as not to collide with the walls. When you leave the ladder you return to the original state. To avoid falling if you stop in the middle, if you are not moving the position is frozen.
