Old Sword Master
My 3D interpretation of the beautiful artwork "Sword Master" by Erak Note. This project was done for the Look Development class at Gnomon School of Visual effects. HUGE thanks to my instructors Miguel Ortega & Tran Ma for their guidance and constant feedback. I learned a lot about grooming, lighting and compositing.

Old Sword Master
The UVs of the head I split over multiple UDIMs so I get enough resolution. I used TextureXYZ displacement maps that I projection painted in Mari.
The hair and beard was done in XGen. I spitted the beard into multiple sections for more control.
