Ultimate Attack! Animation with Full Breakdown.

This shot was done as part of my short film project where the Protagonist, seeing an opportunity to emerge victorious, unleashes her secret weapon for the finishing blow. The biggest challenge for this shot was animating the mechanical wings because while it had to move in a way that was anatomically correct, it was limited by the fact that it was made of metal and wires. So there had to be a balancing act between maintaining the believabilty of the flight pattern whilst not breaking the structure and design of the wings itself. Overall, it was a fantastic opportunity for me to practice my creature animation skills!
