Those Who Pray (sunset)
The main idea for the scene was to create a mystical place in VR dedicated to the ancient Thracian culture, which I eagerly explore; in the meanwhile, I wanted to learn how to make foliage and practice different lighting setups.
This scene was designed for VR, using VR headset to measure the scale and to plan for player navigation, object interaction, storytelling, and optimization. Although this is a fantasy environment, it is well grounded in the past (namely the Bronze Age period), as it involves real-life artefacts, writings, and flora characteristic to the region. The design followed the story I wrote in the beginning of this project.
