Weekly Drills 050 - Froggy Back Bling
I worked on froggy back bling throughout the second week of the drill during my free times as I thought it would be an awesome learning experience!! Some things I learnt during the Project: Zbrush Sculpting, Arnold Renderer, OCIO Aces setup, Stylised texturing in Substance Painter.
I'm quite new with rendering with Unreal Engine and I did this around 30 minuutes before going to bed so the unreal render did not turn out as nice as I would of liked it to be. Also, Flipped the model for Unreal to show the patch.
Overall, I feel like this is the most about I learnt in a week on creating a 3D asset and rendering.
There has been many mistakes I made along the short journey of creating this froggy back bling asset and there was a lot that I learnt from it.
I have also learnt many things that I didn't know about such as sculpting in Zbrush, Stylised textures in Substance Painter, Arnold Renderer and using ACES OCIO to manage the color during rendering.
