I've decided to gear my Victorian building into a magic school of sorts, so I modeled, textured and animated a floating book that will function as a center piece. It was difficult to figure out the panner animation in Unreal, especially since overlaying materials is limited. I decided to make a transparent mesh from the book model and put the animated material on that instead.

I added more modular pieces after looking a lot into Victorian architecture for references. I struggled a lot bringing them into Unreal, I realized that I might benefit a lot from bringing in bare meshes to make sure they look the way I want them to.
