This piece is a concept sculpt for a sci-fi ranged assassin. The sculpt was completed in zbrush, starting from a zsphere armature. Retopo done via zremesher as well as traditionally using Maya's quad draw feature for areas where I needed cleaner geometry and UVs. Baking was done in Marmoset Toolbag 3 to allow work in Substance Painter. The final model was imported to Marmoset Toolbag 3 again for rendering. Image compositing done in photoshop but the final render from marmoset is left untouched.
