Old, Stone Brick Flooring

I did this assignment for ART 218 at Miami University in Oxford. Our goal for this assignment was to create and texture a piece of flooring - that could be interconnected with itself to make bigger floors - for our future level. With this assignment, I felt things went well overall. I ran into no real real bugs, glitches, or crashes of any sort in Maya itself, so I was able to really flow with making the model. I did have a hiccup when making the UVs however, as I felt I accidentally skipped over a faster way to properly set out the UVs, but oh well. I was still able to separate them and organize more neatly. While the modeling and UV layouts are ok, I have been finding the texturing the most enjoyable thing I have to do for each assignment. It's just fun messing around with the Alphas to try and create small pieces of "lore" in each model's textures.
