Modular Wall - Rusting Corrugated Metal

This modular wall was created in Maya, imported into Substance to create the textures and then imported into Unreal Engine. The corrugated metal has applied water damage, rusting, and other wear and tear along with messy repainting attempts on the front side. On the back side is the steel reinforcement.
