Student Dorm 1/2 (Game Assets)

Part one of my student dorm set up. I wanted to create this tiny dorm room with all of its weirdness, and I'm also a sucker for small compositions :) (It is part of a bigger poject coming in the near future) Modeled in Maya, textures in Substance (PBR, 2K), rendered in Marmoset.
