My attempt at recreating the process I went through for this project. Still ironing out some kinks on how to get from A to Z with this tool but I'm looking forward to more experiments.

Another reason to love this workflow: I just shaved off about 50,000 faces by simply retopologizing my tile components and recalculating the tessellated mesh!

Update - 21 Nov 2020

Refined materials and straps and added strap hardware inspired by Tie Fighters and found hardware from the time the original trilogy props were made. Also added some panel details inspired by Darth Vader and Imperial Pilot suits.
