With the Containment Capsule scene I wanted to create a high quality asset and push my hard surface modelling knowledge. In the project I took a deeper look into topology, modelling detail and keeping the mesh optimized to an extend. As well as texturing and using Houdini more. The scene and images are all rendered wit

All UVs are put together on one map. All textures for the capsule (except for the glass) are stacked in three texture maps.

To add a point of interest and purpose to the containment part of the scene I added alien eggs. The mesh is fully generated in Houdini and textured in Substance Painter using the material as seen above made in Substance Designer.
