#WeeklyDrills 016 - Human Hand

For this week's drill, I wanted to try to model and rig a hand. Rigging (especially skin weight painting) has never been my strong suit but I'm still quite pleased about the outcome even though some parts have errors. I used Maya and ZBrush to model/sculpt, Arnold to shade/render and Nuke to polish the raw images.

In hindsight, I probably should have modeled the fingernails into the fingers instead of simply placing the nails on top. It definitely would have been easier.
