Holographic Materials

Experimenting with holograms in Blender Eevee... applied these to Dimmyxv's awesome city at https://blendswap.com/blend/7540 Highlights created with "wireframe" modifier and material offset. The blue core is an Emission+Transparent shader fed into a mix node with a color gradient and Layer Weight.
