It's a Pennywise fan art based on the Stephen Kings' books. The cloths are directly inspired by .the Andy Muschietti version of 2017.

Having my 3d face around I wanted to make use of it so I decided to make a version of Pennywise from It, a Stephen King's Story.
The render was made in Blender with Cycles, it was my first attempt using ACES color management and it really gives a nice color render, the difference is especially visible in Blender cause the base color management called filmic is an approximation of a linear ocio based on a srgb render (so it doesn't really use a linear range).
I used procedural materials to do all the cloths' details.
The cloths were simulated and sculpted in Blender.
I quickly rigged the model just so that I could pose it there are no controllers, just bones and skinning.
