When I was very young, I gave an old man a drawing and he gave me his hat. I want more hats.

After moving away from a degree in computer science, I found an undying passion for environmental design. My love for designing a world within the ARK Dev Kit lead me to begin my journey on creating my own. Over time, I strengthened my skills with the support of my degree program in Emerging Media and Digital Arts.

I was always interested in creative endeavors, but it wasn't until the age of 21 when I started to learn to draw. Since this I have been consistently studying and improving my skillset with the intention of becoming a professional artist.

After working as a stagehand for a few years, I realized that I was tired of setting up other people's projects and wanted to be on the design side of that. After trying quite a few different fields there, I ended up in game design and have been loving the challenges that it presents

I knew the first time I used Photoshop that graphic design was the profession for me. What fun it is to create something! I started as a social media/communications assistant in 2013 and have been slowly built my knowledge of Adobe Suite since. I've been involved with loads of projects, but still don't feel 100% confident in my skills. I'm going to SOU, majoring in Emerging Media and Digital Arts, to further my education and build a resume so I can have the foundation to begin my career.
