Uncover Hidden Talent: Hire the World’s Top New Digital Artists
The first time I discovered that I wanted to dedicate myself to the world of 3D animation was when I went to a festival called ANIMAYO. From that moment on, when I saw the work of Juan Solís, I knew I could make a living out of it. From then on I dedicated my free time to learn through youtube as much as I could. Currently I decided to study at ANIMUM 3D where I perfected and acquired new knowledge to reach a professional level. It's my passion, most of my free time is dedicated to 3D modeling.
Since I was little, I had felt an unusual curiosity about art. I was fascinated by colors, tiny details, sounds, and materials. I constantly had a color in my hand ready to draw. I hit on by casualty with 3d world, out of that moment, I knew I wanted that to be my profession. All kinds of 3d art fascinate me and my main goal is to be a part of this awesome industry.
In 2016 I had a work accident in which I lost part of my right hand, from that moment on life changes for you, but the most important thing is that you can change it to your liking and that is what I did. In these years, I finished a degree in digital design and then I immersed myself fully in the world of character modeling for film and video games. Right now I'm still training and acquiring more skills in both character modeling and rigging.
After more than 10 years working professionally in graphic design and digital illustration, I decided to dedicate a full year to studying and refining my skills by taking a Masters Degree in 3D Character Modeling for Cinema and Videogames in 2021. Now I became freelance to offer my skills to the industry. I was honored to be in the top 20 finalists for the Rookie Awards 2021 and 2022, in the category of 3D Animation and certified by the judges with the highest rating "Rank A".
Since I was 14 years old I knew I wanted to make videogames. On my own I started learning online tools like Unity or RPGMaker, amazed by the power these tools gave me to create my own worlds an let people walk through them. Since then I never stopped learning, focusing my career in the creation of interactive environments and the videogame field.
Born in a family full of painters and sculptors that fueled my passion for all kinds of art, I develop my own work as well as a personal style from a very young age through a continuous investigation of past and modern painting techniques and trends. I wanted my perspective to acquire a new dimension so I discovered the 3D universe as a very interesting path to follow. Dazzled by its results, I think that this is the job that can make a difference and bring me to the next level.
I've always had a keen interest in the Graphic Arts, especially 3D Animation and everything related to the industry. When I was a kid, only 4 years old, I went to see Toy Story 1 at the cinema. The movie impressed me so much, that I spent so many years with the curiosity to learn and understand how such realistic "3D drawings" were done. This feeling has always made me love animation and special effects all my life.
I have always been linked to art and creative fields in every possible way. I grew up quite fond of drawing and painting, specially the human figure which, eventually, led me to study Fine Arts at the University of Seville. Though I had worked within the digital industry using photography and design softwares before, taking up 3D in general felt like a huge challenge as well as quite an intriguing way to translate my 2D skills into a 360 perspective.
6 years ago I began to study a degree in 3d animation, within that degree I loved 3d modeling, since I finished that master I have continued studying on my own, and right now I am studying a master's degree specialized in character creation, that is really my passion. During these last years I have been working as a modeler for 3d printing, and now after hard work I am working on the videogame industry as a Character Artist.
When I was up to finish the university. I belonged to an investigation group regarding 3D production, I was invited to be part of the group as a concept artist, but then when I saw the amazing things that you can do using 3D software, I said I wanted to do that. Since then, I have been learning about 3D stuff on my own, based only on my passion for this world.
I studied industrial design, in 2017 while I was studying I had a class where I learned 3Ds max and I totally loved it. Since then, I’ve been learning on my own until last year I thought it was time to learned with professionals. So I enrolled in Animum 3D School in October 2020 and I’m getting ready to get in the 3D industry
