CAMPAIGN is a proof of idea to create a 3D animation with 2D flares that targets young adults and adults. We wanted to create a fashion film but in animation form. We are heavily inspired by the vibrant world of drag.
Modelling, Lighting, Look-dev, Rigging and Animation were all done in MAYA. Texturing was done in Substance Painter, whilst FX and Grooming were done in Houdini. The 2D effects were later added on in After Effects. To create a realistic animation we used motion capture.
