The Crocoeel
I created this fictional predator during the quadruped project at The Animation Workshop 2020. The goal was to create a fully look developed CG quadruped and integrate it into a live-action background.

This was my first time working in Nuke and integrating a 3D render on to a live action plate.
Concept and development
I wanted to create a prehistoric predator that lives in streams and rivers. Before settling on the look of the creature I researched amphibians, reptiles and eels to make my concept feel more realistic.
