In the far future, VR experiences have become so advanced that everyone uses them for all sorts of activities, in our case a new VR experience is on the verge of being released, an unknown man volunteers to try it, but something goes wrong and his signal is lost, He is now a cyborg in Uncharted worlds.

Update - 14 Apr 2021

After trying different looks for the Cyborg and Hydralisk, I have finally decided on the looks for the Cyborg, as you can see on the screenshots, I will choose between one of those two. As for the Hydralisk look, I will post an update here once I do a few more renders.  

As I am having issues with my rendering I might not be able to complete everything before the deadline for submission, but in any case, it has been fun and I will still carry on this project to completion, So you all can check my final Sim on my Youtube channel, (The Playcebo Effectx) if it happens that I can`t submit it here before the deadline.

Hi everyone, I am probably a bit late for the party, but finally I got some free time, therefore I decided to take part in this contest, although it is now at this later stage.

 I am a beginner in this field, so I will take this as an opportunity to learn more about VFX and hone my skills with Houdini and After Effects, which are the software of choice that I will be using to produce my work. This Is just to show my intention to take part in this contest, so there is not much to show as of yet. As I have a lot of catch up to do, I aim to make an entry here, hopefully at least once a week. In the next entry, I will further discuss the idea and look I am aiming for my chosen scene sequence. So, until next time.
