The Calling

In a near future, the human kind lives in big crowded cities. One of them is damned, with high levels of crime and corruption, but a savior arises to start a revolution.

This teaser trailer has been conceived as a pirate broadcast to call for a revolution, very influenced by the broadcast in which V, from V for Vendetta, addresses the British population. It is also very influenced by cyberpunk and neonoir aesthetics, like Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Blade Runner and many others.

This started as a lockdown project, being done without leaving my house, using 3D modeling, stock footage and compositing to achieve the final result.
