Why Sway and how does it work?
Distraction happens because a person's sustained attention lasts about 10 - 20 minutes. Sway, a product that is a 20 minutes timer but also provide awareness to distraction through gradual change of light. Team members can unobtrusively tap the device to notify distractions to others. Distractions, to some extent, can be controlled, as evident in numerous usability testing.

How it all started!
We did extensive research on team distraction and cognitive psychology before we came up with Sway.
We did a total of 20 interviews and also got 120 responses for our survey which allowed us to gather those insights for our affinitization as well as concepting.
