2 Creature Assets for VFX ♥
This is a breakdown of two 3D creatures created for VFX projects. I am responsible for the texturing and lookdev of both assets, and also the sculpt of the alien.
Rusty the Mexican Hairless (Xolo)
As part of a group VFX project, I worked on the texture and look development of Rusty. This involved sculpting the skin details for his displacement map in Zbrush, and texturing him to fit into the project using Substance Painter.
My team member Ben Martin ( https://www.artstation.com/benmartin1 ) is responsible for the dog's base model of the entire dog.

Head Breakdown
Alien Bust
From concept art provided by DNEG, I sculpted an alien from the neck up in Zbrush and textured him inside of substance painter. He was lit using a HDRI kindly provided by DNEG and rendered in Maya using Arnold.
