Restaurant Design for Mizai
To design a fine dining restaurant for MIZAI located at APW Bangsar 29, Jalan Riong, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan . The concept is Endless Stream of Possibilities which uses the philosophy of the head chef of Mizai as inspiration for the elements of design and the ambience of the restaurant.
Mizai is tucked away amid the natural splendor of Maruyama Park inside a traditional Japanese tea house. This park is well known as a cherry blossom sightseeing destination.The exclusive dining setting serves up to 14 diners who are seated around the chef’s preparation area. Here, there will be a unique opportunity to see a master chef at work and watch as he crafts, plates, and serves each dish. Your dining experience begins at 6:00 pm and continues until 9:00 pm. After the meal, the staff will escort guests back through Maruyama park with glowing lanterns to guide the way. Mizai is one of the top fine dining restaurant in both Japan and worldwide.
