Hello there! I am Gina, a gameplay animator who loves to give characters personality and a soul! Currently I am studying at the CGL in Cologne. Alongside university, I participated in two gameplay courses of iAnimate and am about to finish my last one course!

Analysing your Animation
Before animating, I first do a closer analysis of what I want to have as a coreography.
Reference Creation
In the next step, I gather video material to create a reference video for my animation. Usually I recreate the reference by filming myself to get a better understanding the body movement and energy behind it.
After that, I dive directly into Maya, to do a quick blocking pass to test the overall motion and timing. When the changes are adjusted, I'll continue to polish it!
