Horror Circus - The Tiger King (Ring Leader)

I want a unique clown slash court jester, who also does magic and is the ring leader. I might design and draw an assistant. and I think his main act will be white tigers. I want him to over the top. but so scary. goth but not evil. I want him to be the welcoming main character. like he can go on adventures.
