Hi, my name is Nadia De Jesus. I am a third-year at Auckland University of Technology, majoring in Digital Design and with a motion capture minor! Here is a compilation of my best works from high school to university. Thank you

For my last year of high school, I have created a fictional animated film called Life After Death. It reflects the concept of curiosity, as my aim is to let people know that being curious will lead to new beginnings. 

For my first year of Auckland University of Technology, within the digital design department; I have created a 3D gameplay experience. 

Insight uses the concept of Gothic, specifically the Lovecraftian Horror element. It communicates a significant humanity message, regarding the unknown that exists among the universe, in other words; it describes the consequences of being curious and that something should remain unseen. Insight is a first-person point of view, which visually explores a horror environment.

The environment is set in an old-fashioned study room, which visually explores the teachings of the old times; experimental workings. 

For my second year (1st semester) of University, I have created a 2D top-down game called PURE. It is a visual novel and puzzle game, in which the user must find clues in order to progress through the story.

Storyline: "Gods descended to the realm of mortals. The humans greeted them with open arms, glad at the thought of being closer to divinity. However, it wasn't long until their true intentions were revealed: They ran out of food, and we were it."

For my second year (2nd semester) of University; I created a character called "The Messenger" for my 3D game project called Mt. Polezniki. Mt Polezniki consists of loneliness, isolation, and death.  

This is a story about a courier transporting packages to the other side of the world. Through its endless journey, it encounters tragedy and danger, such as an extra-terrestrial being that dwells in the mountains of Polezniki.

For my final year of University, I have decided to focus on creating a 3D environment storytelling game that visualizes the chaotic nature of falling in love. It consists of urban living, based on the environments of Hong Kong's Kowloon Walled City. 

My current concept is one of my characters, Boris Goncharov, a 22-year-old, who lives in an apartment complex with his mother.
