Johnny Mcbarrel!
In this project, I explored the process of creating a CG character. From doing the concept art, all the way to modeling, sculpting, texturing and shading, everything was done by me. For fun, I also did a fictional poster, mimicking those from the 50s. The style targeted was a mix between kitsch and retrofuturism. My end goal was to fluctuate between cartoon and realism. I did so by using simple shapes and punchy textures.
