A Sense of Transition

The ideas which was inspired from the philosophy by Chef Thomas Keller. He did mention “No detail or element can be less important or more important than another.” It means everything is important to him either kitchen, chefs, dishes or guests with balance outcome. After that, the menu from Chef Thomas Keller restaurant will change their menu every day. Some of their dishes will remain as the same but the ingredient that they add in will be different so that the taste of the food will be different in everytime. The sense of kinetic memory that create sources of happiness may have forgotten and takes them to the places they haven’t been before.
