Tapped Out
Tapped Out is a short film I completed as a senior at Ringling College of Art + Design. I am responsible for everything from creating the idea and storyboards to final rendering. The film is about a viking beer tap handle who stops at nothing to stop a drunk man from leaving the bar and getting behind the wheel.
I am responsible for all aspects of Tapped Out, which includes but is not limited to creating the story and characters, all design work and storyboards, modeling, rigging, texturing, animation, lighting, rendering and compositing.
My film is set to private in order to submit it to film festivals.

Final Grogg Character Model
I started off by blocking Grogg's model in Zbrush. Then I retopologized the model in 3D Coat, and finalized it in Maya. I used Substance Painter and Photoshop to create the textures. He is rendered using Arnold.
Tapped Out takes place in a dive bar, Frazetta's. A lot of effort went into making the bar feel as real and authentic as possible. I worked mostly off of photographs i took of the Bowery, a local bar near my home in Myrtle Beach, SC where the band Alabama got their start.
