Opening Credits

Lucie Dias Da Costa, Lynn Dabbous, Marine Guarnaccia and I had the chance to participate in a collaborative project with the students from Cinecreatis, a live cinema school.
The aim was to create the opening credit of their short movie and blend CGI with live-shooting. This was an amazing opportunity to see a shooting in front of a green screen and work with people from different fields. We build the sequence together with the student from Cinecreatis, then they filmed the sequence and we did all the CGI.

The movie is a political comedy about Jean-Marc Landré, ex-minister, now mayor of a small city, that tries one last time to get back in the spotlight. Our opening credits where supposed to show his megalomaniac personnality as well as display the names of the students involved in the productin of the movie.

You'll notice that even though it's an opening credits sequence, the names are not present: because of quarantine, the team couldn't shoot the movie yet so they are currently re-writing the projec to be able to shoot it safely.
