THE PROBLEM

The recent boba milk tea trend is taking over Malaysia by storm with brand name like 老虎糖，鹿角巷，豹黑糖 and more in SS15, an area in the Subang Jaya district, is now the house of many popular boba milk tea brands and famously known as "The Zoo". According to medical reports, a cup of boba milk tea contains 18.5 teaspoons of sugar and lots of trans fat which may cause Type 2 Diabetes , heart diseases, memory damage and stroke. However, The Zoo alone is contributing up to 4,500 cups of boba milk tea sales per day. This implies that many consumers are either being ignorant or may not be aware of health issues that could possibly cause by boba milk tea.

THE SOLUTION

In collaboration with BP Healthcare, this project aims to promote health awareness among Malaysian pertaining to boba milk tea. The big idea is to confront the consumers and let them feel the impacts cause by each consumption of boba milk tea.

HOW IT WORKS:

Bait consumers with a series of posters that give special discount on boba milk tea. This is how it works:

Step 1 : Scan QR code to get goodies

Step 2 : Congratulate users with bad news

Step 3 : Notify them this is an awareness campaign

Step 4 : Offer them free health check if they stay to the end

There will be a total of 3 poster design with different contexts, but eventually it will lead the users to the same result after the user scan the QR code on it which is a free health check.
