by Beril Tukac , Daniel Silvia, Erika Pratwit, and pau on 24 May 2020 for Rookie Awards 2020

In my entry for the rookies, I decided to put some of my favorite projects that I have done, but the most challenging was "Ave Maris Stella" this project tested me as an Artist.

Round of applause for our sponsors

This short film follows the story of a little girl lost in the darkness of the forest running away from something that's chasing her until she starts to see a light, the light is coming from a star that's guiding her path to safe heaven to her mothers' arms.

I did this project during the final six months of my studies at Vancouver Film School, I had help with some of the animation, lighting, and compositing from my classmates (Beril Tukac, Daniel Silvia and Erika Pratiwi).

In the last moments, I had a few problems with the renders that you can see in the final product but after a lot of problems we got the final product.

3D Kitchen model

This is a 3D model of a kitchen, it was one of my first projects at VFS. Done in Maya rendered with Redshift.

"Crab Boat"

3D model from concept art I found online. It took me about a week to finish it.

I did the model on Maya, textured it in Substance, groomed it with XGen, and Rendered with Arnold.

A small side project I did recreated a Stylized boat from concept art I found online.

The project was made with Arnold, Maya, Substance, and BOSS.

"Parrot"
