Abstracted Gradation
The project is to design a co-working office space with a total of 3,000 sq. ft. for the client CC-Tapis located at The Ascent, Paradigm Mall. CC-Tapis is a company from italy that creates contemporary hand-knotted rugs. All rugs are handmade by expert Tibetan artisans in Nepal. As such, each rug is uniquely made, not mass produced and tells a story of ageless culture. Several elements found in their products are used as inspiration for the design concept.
