For my Personal Portfolio Development module at university, one of the environments I created was this girls bedroom. The theme I was going for was a typical, happy, teen girls bedroom but hints scattered around that she's a murderer who kills her partners if they leave her or let her down. Overall, I really enjoyed working on this project and really wish I had more time to perfect it however I have/ had other elements of this module to complete and other modules taking up my time. Despite this, I'm proud of how this environment turned out in such little time and I've learned a lot.

^Check out the video I made to get a feel for the environment^

This project was a test of technical art skills. For this I experimented with a range of techniques and used blueprints a lot to make my own rigged pieces, dynamic materials, custom wire blueprints etc. My time with this project was very limited and due to my portfolio module, I couldn't give this project as much polish however it did provide a great experimental base to allow me to improve my technical art skills. If I was to go back, I'd maybe lower the scope a little so I could put some extra polish into it however my main goal was to create a scene that felt real, immersive and a scene that tells a story. And of course, my main goal was to improve my technical understanding which I believe I achieved greatly during my time working on this project. Overall it was a lot of fun and allowed me to get a better technical grasp, thus improving my future projects that require that extra bit of polish.

This Nissan GTR is my first car model. During this project I have learned a lot and I really enjoyed pushing myself out of my comfort zone and doing something new. Although car creation deviates form why typical work it was refreshing to break the mould and challenge my hard surface abilities a little. Overall I have learned a lot and would definitely like to do another vehicle in the future.

This model consisted of 3 Materials and a custom dynamic material for the siren lights

This is the most recent asset I have created for an upcoming game environment loosely inspired by Dishonored. Instead of whale oil to power the economy, another form of electricity is used to power this alternative Victorian timeline. To store the power that is produced by unconventional means is the "Leclanche cell" style battery that was invented in the real world in 1866 by George Leclanche.

Because Dishonored has been a huge inspiration for me lately, I took some inspiration from their battery cells in Dishonored 2 and the refill stations they have. After a few preliminary sketches, I came up with this design concept and fleshed it out in 3d. I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed creating it. The design may change in the future but this is what I have for now until I fully announce the game I'm working on in more detail.

^^Check out the video I created for this prop demonstrating the use with some animation. Thanks :)

2 interchangeable designs: Wall Mounted & Floor Mounted (Both on the same 4k texture set)

Thank you for making it this far down my portfolio. It means a lot. I won't take much more of your time but if you do have a moment please connect with me on here, LinkedIn and/or Artstation.

Thank you.
