With this transformation, the current ways of working will rapidly turn obsolete as workers' skills will no longer be relevant. As a result, as reported on the website, 49% amount of the workforce will be out of jobs and this is an alarming situation.

Future Learn initiates a public awareness campaign by launching a video about the consequences of this digital transformation. This video, reveals some of the jobs that will be soon replaced such as sales assistants, teachers, and clerical workers and factory laborers. Through this video, employers are urged to upskills their employees so that they will be relevant again and be future-ready.
