Tokyo Mechanic's Garage

Game Environment (UE4)

This is my final major project while studying Game Art at the University of South Wales.

The project run over a few months. Everything was created with the considerations of current generation game limitations. I created the scene from a mixture of modular and bespoke assets. I created spline tools in order to create cables and pipework efficiently. The vehicle is game ready with 5 different texture sets. I learnt a lot about unreal within this project by exploring aspects such as particle effects, blueprints and lighting.

-Textured in Substance Painter, Substance Designer and Photoshop

-Composed in Unreal Engine 4 

Subaru Legacy GT-B Touring

Game Ready Asset

I created this asset as part of my final project 3rd year project studying Game Art at the University of South Wales.

I wanted to create a vehicle to be part of my Unreal garage environment. I set my mind on the Subaru Legacy gen 2 as I couldn't find much existing work besides a 3D model created for 'Gran Turismo 2', released in 1999. I decided it would be good to recreate it to current generation console specifications:

Kriss Vector (Post Apocalytic) 

Game Asset

I decided to model the Kriss Vector with my own post-apocalyptic twist.

Furthering the post-apocalyptic theme, I decided to add a personality to the gun. I added personal items to indicate a fictitious character is in possession of the weapon and has personalised the weapon. 

-Modelled in 3DS Max

-Textured and Baked in Substance Painter (2x 4K maps)

-Rendered in Iray and Marmoset

-Post effects in Photoshop.
