Sic - Concept Art Portfolio

Hello ! My name is Pierre Armal, and I graduated from the school "New3dge" in Paris last year (July 2018). I am currently working as a 2D artist in a video game company based in France.

Here are a selection of my favorite personal and school works.

Solace - Early Exploration

These are some exploration artworks I did for a fantasy RPG game I imagined, called "Solace". It is highly inspired by Japanese RPGs, such as the "Final Fantasy" and "Zelda" series.

Wolf and Sheep - Concept Art

"Wolf and Sheep" was a personal project I started a couple of years ago, also inspired by fantasy RPG games.

Nari - Guardian of the Sanctuary

This is a project done for school. I did the design of this fantasy animal creature, and then modeled and textured it, for a 3D production pipeline exercise.

Dome

"Dome" was my graduating project at New3dge. I was in charge of the concept art and visual development, and I created an artbook that served as physical showcase of the various artworks created during the project.

Sian - Original Character

Sian is an original character I created for fun. She is a character I always like to draw, in various settings, worlds, outfits and designs... Sometimes I sketch her on a scrap piece of paper when I have 2 minutes, sometimes I do illustrations of her ; she follows me everywhere !
