Hey guys! I've been working on this project in my free time for a while now, and finally calling it done! (We all know it never is.) Decided to do my own spin on one of my favourite comic book characters Head Lopper by Andrew MacLean. I learned a lot doing this project, it started off as a sketch, I then decided to push it all the way towards an animation ready character. Sculpted in Zbrush, Textured with Mari, Substance Painter and Zbrush polypaint, Xgen for hair and fur, TexturingXYZ for skin details and rendered with Maya/Arnold in ACES and composited in Nuke and After effects.
