Simdier’s Tavern

I wanted to share this entry to show off what I believe my best work is. This was completed in December, but I reworked a bit of the lighting. I was playing Elder Scrolls around the time I made this, so that was an inspiration. This was finished with a lot of critique from professors and peers.

Here is some break down images from emptied to completed. The only 3rd-party assets are the decals which were obtained from Megascans, everything else was made by me.

This next part I added some atmospheric fog to help the light bounce around and light up the room some more.

For this next one, I wanted to add some mystery to the room so I had added a trapdoor with a animal hide rug over it. At a closer glance there is a bloody handprint being dragged under. I have always liked horror elements in games.

I think a close up of some assets and the banner would be nice.
