Traditional dress in clo3d &3dsmax
I got the idea of this dress from traditional designs and combined it with modern dresses.
For the first time, I present one of my favorite dress modeling for THE ROOKIE AWARDS 2023.
I tried to show you the first to last stages of making this model. I hope you check it out and like it.
Hello friends, I am Maryam Shariati.
I started designing and sewing clothes about 15 years ago and I continue with love until I reached this stage of designing 3D clothes.
I want to explain the steps of my work here.
I always liked to combine traditional clothes with modern clothes.
In this project, I searched for different models of traditional motifs and clothes and designed the clothes using the background I had in designing clothes and my own mental ideas.
I modeled the clothes in Marvelous and Clo3d software.
For the chain parts, I made it myself and entered it into the program.
And likewise, for the part of the stamps that hangs, I had to consider a measure so that its shape appears well.
I will put the video of my work steps on YouTube.
I did all the steps of making the patterns based on the principles of pattern making so that the clothes fit well on the mannequin.
In order to have better quality texture, lighting and rendering, I imported the dress in 3DsMax software. Before that, I edited the uv file.
In order for the hairstyle to be suitable with the dress, I used the hairstyle of Daz Studio software and fit it with my character.
In order for the dress to be seen well and have an effect, I made a backstage for it in Marvelous and also using 3DsMax objects.
I reached the interesting texture stage. I had already rendered some textures so that I could create the thing I want correctly.
I created the textures on the clothes and made the appropriate texture using uv for the beads and did the lighting and got the output from the model.
Thank you to all the people who have been my teachers so far.
