Hi, I'm Ria and I'm a Class of 2023 graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design! In my submission you can find my senior capstone film that I wrote and directed, along with some process materials. At this time, my film will have to remain private for judges and recruiters only. However, you can also find my other 3D work underneath my film content! Although I enjoy all parts of the 3D pipeline, I specialize in lighting, look development, and modeling. I hope you enjoy my film and work as much as I enjoyed creating it!

My film is based off the "red string of fate" also called the "red thread of fate," so here is a little information on this:

Here are some variations of Cooper's character design. I ended up leaning more towards the design on the right.

Throughout my film, I utilized matte painting to help me achieve the look I wanted. I used 2.5D camera projections in Nuke to composite digital paintings from Photoshop on top of one another. Here is an example of what this looks like in Nuke:

Character Bust

Character bust sculpt done entirely in zbrush. Concept by Ahmed Aldoori and shown below. Responsible for modeling, lighting, and compositing only.

Taco Bell Ria

This is my lip sync project in which we had to create a version of ourselves in 3D. I chose my Taco Bell era where I would work almost everyday in the summer, gaining many unforgettable memories.
