Hi these are my projects i was working at Think Tank Training Centre (Online). My focus of study was on game environments and props. We started still in UE4 but made a transition to UE5. I would like to thank everyone at Think Tank for the good time we had and what we could learn from our supervisors.

Flooded Medieval Town

This is my final term project at Think Tank Training Centre (Online). It took roughly 14 weeks and was made with Maya, ZBrush, SpeedTree, Unreal Engine 5, Substance Designer + Painter, Quixel and Ultra Dynamic Sky (Marketplace Asset/BluePrint).

Special Thanks goes to my Mentor Niepokolczycki Kacper during this term, who gave me such an amazing art direction.

Breakdowns

Detail Lighting

Boat Hero Prop

Sculpted in ZBrush and used as a high poly Nanite mesh in UE5 (decimated a bit for better file handling). Because this a big asset from the dimensions i used a layered material with RGB masks and a baked macro normal. The RGB mask can be adjusted in the material instance (mask contrast). Plus additional parameters for wetness, color tint, normal intensity, macro normal use.

Wagon

Using a medium poly workflow with a trim sheet, which I used in the scene a lot + the same layered material with RGB masks, which I used for the boat.

Barrel

High to Low Poly workflow. ZBrush for sculpting, low poly created in Maya with mirrored UV's of the middle part of the barrel to make it fit my texel density, baked and textured with Substance Painter.

Small Props

The smaller props (Sign, Lamp and Fence), are made as Low Poly/Medium Poly meshes only but textured in Substance Painter. Exported maps for UE5 are BaseColor, Normal, Packed ORM, Emissive (Non packed maps are showcasing only).

Asset Overview

Building Kit, Blue Prints/Prefabs and Props overview.

Stylized Temple

This is my Intermediate Term project from Think Tank Training Centre (Online). It took around 5 weeks to finish. I made this 3d environment with Maya, UE4, Substance Painter and Designer. Mostly with tiling textures, and decal's for variations. The water fountain is a shader from the UE Marketplace.

Special thanks to my supervisor during this term Teodor Ivanov.

Modular Mansion

This is my advanced term project from Think Tank Training Centre (Online). With this project I was focusing on modularity and vertex painting, as well as trying Nanite and Lumen, because before this I work still with UE 4.

Special thanks goes to Jeremy Cerisy who was my Supervisor for this term.

SciFi Terminal Hero Prop

This was an assignment during the intermediate term at Think Tank Training Centre (Online), during we learned modeling, UV layout, baking and texturing.
