Showreel 2 Body Mechanics Animations

So we have the first one here ¡SLIDE!

First of all, we have here one of the final frames in which, through various decisions, I decided to change the orientation of the shot to have a better understanding of the character movement and create a more appealing shot. From the blocking to the final pose, there are many changes, especially considering the head overlap during the moment of impact.

Second take ¡Up slow Down fast!

This was another dificult step on my learning as a completely rookie, it was so dificult to adapt the character to a 2 diferent orientations "X" and "Z" where I discovered that you have to face the animation completely diferent.

Most important desitions here were the spacing and the timing on the jumps and downs, the overlap and silouettes of the character.

And finally we have  here ¡Sit down!

The most interesting comentary about this shot was the dificulty of making a character look especially sad or depressed, the expresions are not the only thing that we need to use to express our feelings, the body expression was definitely the most important issue in this shot.

Except the animation the background composition, the slide and the chair neither the characters or the other assets of the scenes have been created by me.
