This is my 2023 portfolio, it is focused on characters for Films and cinematics, I wanted to show the characters I did this year as a self-taught 3d artist and the progress between each project.

Zul'Jin

This is my lastest project, I'm finishing it and taking some presentation renders but due to the time limitations I'm just able to submit a beauty shot and some progress shots of the modeling phase. It is the character I'm most proud of, I've worked on it for the last 3 months. I really like to take concepts of characters I love and make them look like characters from cinematics or films.

Broxigar

With Broxigar I think I ''leveled up'' as an artist, there is a lot of work and study behind this character, I started to be more confident with my art after I finished this. I recieved a lot of very good feedback from artists I admire, even got a recruiter contacting me thanks to him. It appeared in the last 3D World april's issue where I wrote some things about the process that could be interesting for some fellow artists.

Military Butcher

I made this character for the Dragon's rise Artstation challenge, The most challenging thing was to deliver it on time, I finished it in just 1 month. I also started to learn more about lighting. Concept art for the character was done by artist Mole Wang.

Tusken Raider

This project is a game ready character, my first one I have to say, although my goal is to work on Film/cinematics, a videogame art company contacted me because they were interested in my profile and I did this character for them as an art test. It was a great challenge to me because of the technical limitations of a character for videogames, I know I have much more work to do on this side but I'm pretty happy with the work I did and the feedback from the lead was good.
