Salty Sails
Salty Sails is a project made by six students from New3Dge that was done during 3 month. It's a top down action in a handpaint adventure, inspired by Dofus, Ruined King and Monkey Island.
Salty Sails
Weaver, a young sailor tired of cleaning filth from his crewmates, decides to go on their quest of a mythic artefact. The smell of explosions and bubble soap arise as he opens a magic portal, that leads him to a brillant undersea city, a huge opportunity for the boy to prove his worth !
Weaver (Main character)
Weaver is a 16 years old boy's ship. His dream is to be a great sailor but his young age and his tiny stature prevent him from being taken seriously. Therefore, his crewmates make him do all the chores on the vessel. Annoyed by his situation, he wants to prove his worth to everyone.
Outpost pirates (NPC)
The pirates' island are sailors with big stature and proud of that. They were attracted by the myth of the mysterious gate.
They are nasty and aren't very clever, they spent their times drunk while trying to find a way to open the gate in vain...
Mapka (NPC)
The mapka are a mix of human and sea slugs. Their main purpose in this spa city is to get clean and to be clean. Everyone who is dirty is attacked at sight. There are 3 kinds of these creatures : the customers, the employees and the guardians. Customers are chilling in the city while the employees take care of them. The guardians are here to protect the precious artefact of the city.
