3D Animation - Junior Year
Hello! This is some of my work done as a third-year student at Ringling College of Art and Design, plus a quick recap of my work from the previous year. My focus is on character animation, yet I still had fun working on every part of the pipeline. I am responsible for all aspects unless specified. Enjoy!
Puppet-Me
Meet me... as a Muppet! You'd never guess the kind of struggles a puppet goes through each day. This is my first time using a fully joint-based face rig and nCloth simulation.
The human hand rig was provided by Kris Hogan. Thank you, Kris!
Giuseppe
Meet Giuseppe, a care-free Italian giant who stumbles his way into making architectural history. This was my first time using XGen on an animated character. I also broke out of my comfort zone by doing a more squat and round character rig.
Silhouette Warm Up
This was the first assignment of my Junior year. Even though it was just a simple warmup with a tight deadline, I decided to do a little story and have fun with this new rig. The character rig was provided by Bekka Goldstein. Thank you, Bekka!
Sophomore Year
It's crazy to think I just started animating so recently. Looking back at my Sophomore year work, I am extremely proud of how much I've learned and I'm excited for what's next... my thesis film!
