Message
I’m the body type that cannot leave the bathroom on the first day of my period. I grow up having a really bad stomach, and it intensifies whenever I’m on my period. For instance, I will suddenly become lactose intolerance, and I have a lot of experience of passing out because of cramps/stomach pain.
Not everyone experiences similar amount of pain every month. Even for me, it vary in the amount of stress I am going through that month. And I am working on this problem through staying active and diet.
The lightheartedness of this animation depends on the person watching it. For me, this is an silly little animation I did for documenting my pain - as a reminder for myself to stay active when it is not that time of the month!
