Pousse

This is my final year project named "Pousse". It's the story of a little plant trying to get out of her jar.

Here is a background at different stages of creation, I wanted to create a calm, soft and warm atmosphere. The mood with pastel colors puts the viewer in a comfortable situation.

The focus of my background are the details on the plants, the light as well as the textures of the furniture and the walls.

I choose to put several plants and flowers in my background in order to have this natural and reassuring feel that a room should have.

As for the simplest background I try to work on the texture with some shapes and lines. 

I wanted something very graphic for the details of the pot and the bottom.

Finally, here is the main character, this little plant looking like a cute creature.

I wanted a rather round, humanoid design with plant particularities including its small leaf on the head.
