Laika is a homage to the first animal to orbit the Earth
I started by gathering reference images, focusing on appealing round shape language and soviet inspired design
Then i started sketching in silhouette some ideas until i felt i had something I could build on
I started to block out the major shapes in 3d which I plan on drawing over to refine the design
